About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, complex, and specialized roles. As a key member of our team, you will partner with senior leaders and executives to advise on hiring decisions and ensure the best talent selection for their teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and advise on hiring decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Collaborate with other areas of HR to ensure success and positive candidate experiences
  • Achieve goals and targets while delivering exceptional service and diligence

Requirements

  • Progressive recruiter experience with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience innovatively sourcing candidates through various channels
  • Experience in behavioral interviewing techniques and advising on hiring decisions
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in French is required
