Property Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Summerhill Property Mgt. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Supervise Support Staff: Oversee the hiring and supervision of support staff responsible for operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
- Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Repair and Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Financial Management: Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, and prepare expense and income reports to inform business decisions.
- Client Communication: Ensure prompt response to trouble calls from clients or tenants, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Work Setting: Property management companies.
- Relocation Costs: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Tight Deadlines: Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Client Focus: Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Efficient Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Organized: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
