Job Title: Agricultural Labourer - Farming and Crop Management

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Northern Rockies Farms Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our farm, including crop management, livestock care, and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of crops
  • Care for livestock, including feeding, watering, and monitoring their health
  • Maintain and repair farm equipment
  • Perform general farm duties, including cleaning and organizing the work area

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
  • Basic knowledge of crop management and livestock care

Working Conditions:
