About the Role:

  • This senior leadership position will oversee the overall operation of the centre, ensuring that all staff members understand their objectives and expectations within each classroom.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as processing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general communications.
  • Additionally, they will be accountable for understanding and enforcing all province regulations within the building and implementing training for all staff members.
  • The ideal candidate will provide effective communication with parents/guardians about their child and manage the day-to-day operations of the centre.

Requirements:

  • Early Childhood Educator/Infant Toddler Certification is essential for this role.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
