Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
  • PCLaw in the Cloud, Dictaphone, MS Word, and MS Outlook proficiency
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
