Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and minimize delays.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles) and a valid driver's licence.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
