Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager, Commercial Financial Services to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing them with expert financial advice.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including our credit and risk teams, to ensure that client needs are met and that our risk management policies are upheld.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions, using this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial banking or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
