At TACO TIME, we are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements. Key responsibilities include calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts. The successful candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent experience, and will be proficient in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
* Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
* Reconcile accounts
* Post journal entries
* Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
* Prepare trial balance of books

**Requirements:**

* College diploma or equivalent experience
* Proficient in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
* Strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
