Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BOOSTER JUICE. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of our food service facilities, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met, and that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards for food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure that we have sufficient supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
