About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estate Planning Advisor to join our team at National Bank Financial. As a key member of our advisory team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and Investment Advisors with their estate planning needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert estate planning advice and guidance to clients and Investment Advisors
  • Conduct client interviews and establish trust relationships to understand their unique needs and goals
  • Develop and implement tailored estate planning strategies to meet the complex needs of high-net-worth clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the region's Investment Advisors and clients in estate planning
  • Stay up-to-date with new developments in estate planning and succession law to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice
Requirements
  • Member of the Barreau or Chambre des notaires du Québec
  • 10 years of relevant experience in estate planning and taxation
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning concepts, including succession law, trusts, and administration of property
  • Significant experience in an expert advisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
