Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide basic information.
  • Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide customer service, record and relay information, and schedule appointments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting mail, and answer telephone calls and messages.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and reliability.
