Medical Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Memorial Medical Clinic.
Job Summary:The Medical Office Assistant will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including greeting patients, processing information, and performing clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Patient Care: Greet patients, take vital signs, and provide basic information to clients and the public.
- Clerical Duties: Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and sorting and distributing mail.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Technology: Utilize electronic medical records and other software to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in electronic medical records and other software.
