About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Sales Manager to join our team at The Brick. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent store merchandising, detail, and customer service standards
  • Lead the hiring, scheduling, and training of the sales team
  • Develop employees through goal setting, coaching, and performance appraisals
  • Implement all sales programs and initiatives
  • Drive sales growth, improve closing ratios, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage sales and margin targets while controlling expenses
  • Organize and plan promotions, marketing events, and daily team talks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
  • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, with supervisory or senior associate experience an asset
  • Proven track record in customer service, operations, and merchandising
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
