Sales Leadership Executive

About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled General Sales Manager to join our team at The Brick. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent store merchandising, detail, and customer service standards
- Lead the hiring, scheduling, and training of the sales team
- Develop employees through goal setting, coaching, and performance appraisals
- Implement all sales programs and initiatives
- Drive sales growth, improve closing ratios, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage sales and margin targets while controlling expenses
- Organize and plan promotions, marketing events, and daily team talks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, with supervisory or senior associate experience an asset
- Proven track record in customer service, operations, and merchandising
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
