Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with Bayshore, you will use your clinical skills to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort and safety of their own homes. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our clients receive the care they need and deserve.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure client needs are met
  • Use clinical skills to assess and address client needs
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet client needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements

  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • CPR certification
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
