Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with Bayshore, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing high-quality care in the comfort and safety of their own homes. You will use your clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the care they need and deserve, delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, using your clinical skills and expertise to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
  • CPR certification.
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
