Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients. As a Registered Nurse with Bayshore, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, using your clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care they need and deserve.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to clients in their homes or community settings
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care plans
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote healthy living and independence

Requirements

  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • Current CPR certification
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
