Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
    • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
    • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to ensure fair and competitive compensation.
    • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Employee Relations and Development
    • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
    • Plan, develop, and implement training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to ensure fair and effective evaluation.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
