Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at MINHAS FINANCIAL SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing documents, managing records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
