Job Summary

FLINT Corp. is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team in Port Moody. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Collaborate with site managers and project teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Coordinate outside services and monitor the flow of parts to and from external service providers and suppliers.
  • Prepare progress reports and provide project cost estimates.
  • Identify and record the impact of work performed and not performed as scheduled.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
  • Experience in the Industrial Energy Sector execution methods and sequencing.
  • Familiarity with fabrication and construction practices.
  • High-level proficiency in Primavera and MS Project software.
  • Ability to interpret, evaluate, and apply regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
