Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver high-profile projects for Moody Glazing. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction schedules and budgets, as well as recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Develop risk management plans
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction project management
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
