Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows, a world-renowned brand for exclusive window and door systems. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been a leader in the industry for over a century. Our mission is to provide homeowners with a unique and exceptional window and door replacement experience.

We're seeking highly motivated sales professionals to join our successful sales team in the growing home improvement industry. As a Design Consultant, you will travel to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes, conducting sales presentations and providing homeowners with the information they need to make informed decisions about their window and door replacement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to and from appointments with homeowners within the greater Ottawa area, utilizing a company-generated, pre-qualified appointment schedule.
  • Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations, embodying a value-based selling process that prioritizes honesty and integrity.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Be comfortable traveling up to 2.5 hours for appointments on a daily basis.
  • Be able to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
  • Be capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
  • Prior outside sales experience is a plus.
  • Be willing to learn a structured and proven sales process.
  • Have a strong desire and ability to close sales.
