About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Ajoc International Inc. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and process various documents, including correspondence, forms, and reports.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
    • Perform data entry and maintain databases.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public.
    • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Operations
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
    • Manage and maintain office equipment and technology.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and process invoices and bank deposits.
    • Manage and maintain financial records and reports.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Word, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
