About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Ajoc International Inc. as a General Office Clerk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type and Proofread Correspondence: Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written communication.
  • Manage Incoming and Outgoing Mail: Process and distribute mail, packages, and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Perform Data Entry: Accurately enter information into our systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and provide general information about our services.
  • Organize and Schedule Office Work: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and Monitor Contracts and Budgets: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of contracts and budgets.
  • Store, Update, and Retrieve Financial Data: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: MS Word, Quick Books, MS Excel, and excellent communication skills.
