About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Helper to join our team at Busy Boy Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced renovators with various tasks, including loading and unloading construction materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and cleaning and piling salvaged materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and in physically demanding environments
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Own transportation and ability to travel to various locations
