Job Title: Renovation Helper

Busy Boy Renovation Ltd is seeking a skilled Renovation Helper to join our team. As a key member of our renovation crew, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced team with various tasks related to construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in physically demanding environments.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Client focus, dependability, and flexibility.
Work Environment:
  • Noisy and dusty work site environments.
  • Various locations, including residential areas.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 32 to 40 hours per week.
