Job Title: Renovation Helper

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Renovation Helper to join our team at Busy Boy Renovation Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Renovation Helper will assist our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling forms and scaffolding, and cleaning and piling salvaged materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
Work Environment:

The Renovation Helper will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying temperatures and weather conditions.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a physically demanding environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Term:

This is a permanent position.

Hours:

32 to 40 hours per week.
