Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Surfside Adventure Tours Ltd. as an Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including carrying out administrative activities, coordinating office services, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve conflict situations and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, and team player.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: 30 hours per week
  • Language: English
