We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Surfside Adventure Tours Ltd. as an Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities.
- Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including carrying out administrative activities, coordinating office services, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve conflict situations and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, ability to multitask, time management, adaptability, and team player.
- Work Environment: 30 hours per week
- Language: English
