Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst, Valuations to join our team. As a key member of our Valuations team, you will be responsible for assisting in the valuation of assets, developing and implementing key performance metrics and analytical models, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Third-Party Appraisers, Consultants, Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, and Lawyers.
- Work with Third-Party Appraisers and internal departments to conduct quarterly fair value calculations for each fund, verifying abnormal variances and identifying non-recurring incidents.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly fair value variance spreadsheets for Management review and develop calculation models as needed.
- Monitor trends for business insights and key performance indicators, identifying variances to maintain business efficiency.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial and valuation models, assisting in calculation verification and disposition processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or Real Estate.
- 2-5 years' experience in the Real Estate industry within an analytical role.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multi-task.
- Highly motivated and able to take the initiative required to excel in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to effectively resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Excellent command of MS Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated track record of analyzing financial analytics.
