Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst, Valuations to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the valuation of assets and the development of key performance metrics and analytical models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party appraisers, consultants, and lenders.
  • Conduct quarterly fair value calculations for each fund, identifying variances and non-recurring incidents.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly fair value variance spreadsheets for management review.
  • Develop calculation models for fair value as needed.
  • Monitor trends for business insights and key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial and valuation models.
  • Assist in the disposition process and complete internal rate of return calculations on realized investments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate.
  • 2-5 years' experience in the real estate industry in an analytical role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multi-task.
  • Highly motivated and able to take the initiative required to excel in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to effectively resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Excellent command of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
