About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. As a Personal Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting with mobility and transferring
  • Performing light housekeeping duties
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate in Personal Support Work or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A compassionate and patient approach
  • Availability for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
