Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Representative to join our team at Hybrid Financial Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with Investment Professionals across North America on behalf of our clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of various industries and financial products, including Equities, Mutual Funds, ETFs, IPOs, and Structured Products.
  • Collaborate with your team to develop innovative outreach strategies for our clients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed by senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily outbound phone calls to generate leads and build relationships with Investment Professionals.
  • Update daily call activities and maintain accurate records in our proprietary database.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of financial concepts and market trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their Investment Professionals.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in a relevant field, such as Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.
  • Previous business development or sales experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products.

  • Competitive base salary of $50,000, with the potential to earn up to $60,000 including bonuses.
