About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Professional to join our team at Western Financial Group. As an Insurance Professional, you will play a key role in assisting our customers with their daily insurance needs, supporting our Account Executives, and managing queries and up-selling of products to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their insurance needs, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Support the Account Executives in processing and servicing new business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Manage queries and up-selling of products to new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Remain up to date on product knowledge, building relationships with insurance providers and staying informed about industry developments.
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge through training and professional development, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, endorsements, packages, and payment plans, ensuring accurate and informed advice to customers.

Requirements

  • RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License required.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs, with experience in EPIC an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through written correspondence.
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role, with a proven track record of success.
