Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Record Specialist to join our team at Richmond Consulting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, establishing and balancing various accounts, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Maintain internal record-keeping system
  • Perform data entry
  • Keep logs and maintain records

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
