We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Record Keeper to join our team at Richmond Consulting Ltd.
About the RoleThis permanent full-time position involves maintaining accurate financial records, establishing and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, and preparing statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Reconcile accounts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain internal record-keeping system
- Perform data entry
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
