We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Record Keeper to join our team at Richmond Consulting Ltd.

About the Role

This permanent full-time position involves maintaining accurate financial records, establishing and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, and preparing statistical, financial, and accounting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain internal record-keeping system
  • Perform data entry
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation
