Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including troubleshooting technical problems and finding creative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
