Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Microsoft Dynamics Developer to drive the customization and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role offers a unique opportunity to align our sales processes with advanced technology, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the IT Manager/Director of Technology, the Microsoft Dynamics Developer will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet the specific needs of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customization & Configuration:
  • Customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet the unique requirements of our sales processes.
  • Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and scripts to extend CRM functionality.
  • Integration:
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and third-party applications.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between CRM and other business systems.
  • Support & Maintenance:
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality and performance.
  • Implement updates, patches, and upgrades as needed.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure CRM aligns with overall technology strategy.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
  • Optimization:
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize CRM configurations to enhance user experience and system performance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline sales processes and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, with a focus on CRM customization and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and components.
  • Proficiency in developing custom plugins, workflows, and scripts using C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, including writing queries and managing databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a medium-sized business environment preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
