Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our team and drive the customization and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role offers a unique opportunity to align our sales processes with advanced technology, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet the unique requirements of our sales processes.
  • Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and scripts to extend CRM functionality.
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and third-party applications.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality and performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, with a focus on CRM customization and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and components.
  • Proficiency in developing custom plugins, workflows, and scripts using C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, including writing queries and managing databases.
