Aroma Espresso Bar NOTL is seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for kitchen operations.
- Develop and implement quality control standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
