Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Aroma Espresso Bar NOTL. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, supervising staff, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient kitchen workflows to meet production demands
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, presentation, and sanitation procedures
- Coordinate food ordering and inventory management to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement menu items, promotions, and special events
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- 2+ years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
