Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich & Salads. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Train and mentor staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
