Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, and process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, handle guest complaints, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
