Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Seoul Country Korean Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are sanitized and ready for use. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, loading and unloading dishes, and assisting with food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, pots, and pans
- Load and unload dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods
- Reliability and punctuality
- Positive attitude and team player
