About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Royal Team Can Transport (A Div. of RTCT Transport Ltd.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of truck drivers and projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Train and Develop drivers to improve their skills and knowledge, and arrange for training programs as needed.
  • Coordinate and Schedule activities, including repairs and rentals, to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations, and recommend personnel actions as necessary.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies to support operations.
  • Supervise and Manage a team of truck drivers, with a focus on safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks) is required.
  • Valid Driver's Licence and willingness to travel cross-border are essential.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package is offered.
  • 40 to 50 hours per week of work, with a focus on safety and productivity.
