Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Trident Roadlines Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Train and Develop our drivers to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to handle the demands of the job.
  • Monitor and Control the movement of goods, ensuring they are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including health and safety standards.
  • Lead and Motivate our team of drivers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to Work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
