Key Responsibilities:- Site Inspection and Selection: Inspect and select sites for events, ensuring they meet our company's standards.
- Donor Solicitation: Solicit event donors to support our events and activities.
- Logistics Management: Arrange for shipping, receiving, and storage of event materials and equipment.
- Budget Preparation: Assist in preparing budgets for events and activities.
- Event Planning: Plan for social events and guest programs, ensuring they are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Media Services: Coordinate media services for events, including audio-visual equipment and technical support.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
