About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at PKS Lifts Inc. as a key member of our fabrication and repair department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute welding process specifications to ensure high-quality results.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including flame-cutting equipment, to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.
  • Determine the weldability of materials and operate hoisting and lifting equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in welding and fabrication.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
