Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our People, Performance and Culture (PPC) leadership team as Vice President, Talent & Performance Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our talent management, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive enterprise vision, strategy, and objectives
  • Develop and execute programs to identify key talent throughout the organization, including succession planning and leadership development
  • Lead the annual performance management cycle and align with compensation decisioning
  • Design and implement all learning & development programs
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including the annual and pulse survey cycle
  • Consult with senior leaders to ensure structures are aligned consistent with optimal design and in support of the current and future state of the business
Requirements:
  • Deep talent, performance management, and organizational design experience
  • Strong leadership attributes, including collaboration, agility, and creative problem-solving

  • Experience in developing and executing talent management, performance management, and learning & development programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
