About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Global Move Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and planning of office projects, including preparing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our team members, including coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Supervision: Supervise and support a team of 1-2 people, including providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word to perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work as a team player.
  • Support for Diversity: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
