About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Darrell's Restaurant 5576 Fenwick Limited. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining area.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Load and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Store dishes and kitchen supplies in designated areas.
  • Assist with food preparation and portioning as needed.
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Availability to work 30-45 hours per week.
