We are seeking an experienced Environmental Lead to join our team at Mott MacDonald, a leading consulting firm in British Columbia and Alberta. As a key member of our environmental management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing environmental management plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing technical expertise to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain client relationships to promote Mott MacDonald's environmental services
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to clients on environmental matters
  • Assume responsibility for project delivery, including time, cost, coordination, and stakeholder management
  • Directly participate in the oversight of project teams responsible for environmental scope of services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an environmental professional working on infrastructure projects
  • Experience in the permitting of large-scale projects
  • Motivation with a customer focus, including experience in business management and strategic business development
